As the fall season comes to an end, Dr. Calhoun reflected on how the sports teams did this season.
Calhoun said, “[Boys Soccer] is much improved. They are working well as a team”
“I got to see [boys golf] at regionals, really a hard golf course” he said, “I was impressed with the ability to respond to adversity.”
“[Cross Country] is a tougher sport, I was impressed with their ability to work hard for each other,” Calhoun said.
He said, “[Football] Competed every game although scores didn’t always go on their side, they never gave up”
“[Volleyball] was exciting to watch because of their athleticism and their passion for the game,” he said.
Calhoun said, “[Softball] was a young team that got better as the season went on.”
“[Boys tennis] is a focused group that played against extraordinary players and still did a great job,” he said.
