The Netflix remake of Texas chainsaw massacre is the most laughable horror movie I have ever seen. My favorite character is Richter. Now he is the best part of this movie. see he’s the redneck stereotype we all know and love a gun slinging accent wielding son of a gun, but he is the only part of this movie they got right. Well except the gore.

Now our story is set in action as our characters arrive in an old town to throw a party or something but it’s an old southern town so one of the houses has a confederate flag so our stereotypical horror movie idiot decides to run in and take it down because thats the house they bought for there project. Anyway Leatherface’s mom tries to stop him but is arrested for being on the influencers land did i mention our main characters are influencers.now not just the mom but Leatherface too are arrested and then the vehicle crashes and Leatherface’s mom dies so he cuts off her face then wears it as you do.

Now there is horror movie stuff like the influencer bus now this scene is when Leatherface steps into a party van and no one is suspicious of a 6”5 guy in a blood covered apron wearing a human face for a mask and when he starts killing people everyone keeps dancing for like another 5 minutes before reacting.

Then my favorite character dies yada yada yada a lot of gore later we end up with our final girls yup there’s two now for no good reason. Now our final two are Melody and Lila. In the image above they are the one in the jean jacket and the one with poofy black hair. That’s my summary of the movie now why it was so funny. 

10 REASON I LAUGHED WHILE WATCHING

1. The writing was awful even for a horror movie 
2. It was trying to hard to be woke 
3. Our main cast had no character it was like watching a bunch of 2d boards get killed
4. Bus sene (no further comment)
5. Leatherface was not menacing 
6. Over compensated with gore 
7. Leatherface’s goofy design 
8. The romance between a Senior in high school and a 45 year old man
9. Riched (also no further comment he’s just really really funny)
10. The fact that our main cast was influencers by the end of the film u was actually cheering for Leatherface 

Why we chose to use the chainsaw massacre is because we asked randomly around the school for what people’s favorite halloween movies and we watched the most voted movie to see why. Of the 39 people we asked, 12 horror movies were voted on which the most popular were Texas chainsaw massacre with 10 votes. In a close second was the Nightmare before Christmas with 10 votes. third place was a tie between scream one and Black Phone both with four votes.
