Breakups include many ups and downs for both the guy and the girl, but the biggest down would have to be in most breakups if not one but both end up losing their confidence. Sophomore Kyndal Story recently went through a breakup that threw her for a bit of a loop.

“Seeing him in the hallways- that’s probably the worst thing. All my friends being there for me is nice but it can get overwhelming sometimes with how much they are trying to make me feel better,” Story said. 

Building back your confidence after a breakup can be difficult, as said by Story building back your confidence is hard but not impossible.

“It definitely has been hard to build my confidence back up after the break up but with my friends’ help and time, I have been able to build my confidence and be better than ever,” Story said.
