Make it Through: In March of 2020 freshman Brandon Smith as well as the whole state of Colorado went into lockdown.  The whole Covid situation hardly affected Brandon other than him being more aware of sickness. Once the cases went down in Colorado, Smith was finally able to live like he used to back in 2019: no masks, no online school and he got to see his friends on a daily basis.

During lockdown Smith did his online school every day, and he would talk to his friends by playing video games, texting, and calling them. Nowadays Smith can do more than just that. “The Covid era was a little boring, but I still made it through with my friends and It feels very refreshing to not wear masks, I hope we never have to experience something like this again,” said Smith.
