Vending Machine Shortages

Cooper Heins

Several CV vending machines have run out of stock and not been refilled as of late. A CV student (who wanted to remain anonymous, not my choice), gives his take on the situation.

“Some of the machines have run out of stock recently and it is causing a lot of inconvenience for me and other students.” The anonymous source said.

“Nobody knows how long it’s going to last, and without the machines I have to wait in the already long lunch lines to get a drink.”

Without the vending machines, more students will go into the very long lunch lines, increasing the time

it takes to get lunch, causing many students to forfeit lunch altogether.

“Lunch lines are pretty long now, especially with the return to full in-person school. Recently me and other people have just stopped getting lunch at all, since the wait is so long.”

Several students have lodged complaints with the administrative staff, but to no result.

“I’ve told the school that it was a problem, but they refuse to do anything about it. It looks like this might go on for a while, since nobody is doing anything about it.

With no proposed solution in the near future, it is uncertain what may happen next.
